Be aware, these are not cotton shirts so I would plan on buying at least one or two sizes up if you want a loose fit. These are tight fitting but very comfortable. I wear these as a under shirt and they keep me warm and comfortable. I placed an order for 4 pairs of cargo shorts from Amazon, all size 42 waist, all completely different brands made in completely different places. I'm 6'1" tall, weigh about 250 pounds, and have VERY fit, strong legs and a large-ish waist. The shorts I ordered were these Carhartts, Dickies Men's Loose Fit Twill Cargo Short,Riggs Ripstop Ranger Short, and Southpole Men's Belted Ripstop Basic Cargo Short.I used to wear a lot of Carhartt clothing, but I've mostly switched to Riggs over the years. These Carhartts were pretty much as I expected them to be. The waist sits a bit lower than I'm used to, but isn't too low. The legs are a good length, and have a good size to them (unlike the Dickies which were like wearing a tent on each leg). The crotch area is roomy enough, but not quite as comfortable as the Riggs. The pockets are large and easily accessible. The material is tough yet supple. They don't have all the thoughtful touches that the Riggs do, but then they also cost a bit less so that's to be expected. I'll keep these just so I can have a variety of shorts and not become known as "The Riggs guy", but I still far prefer Riggs. The Dickies and Southpoles are going back. To be honest, I haven't measured my waist lately, so I'm not sure if these run small, but that was my impression. I ordered these in 3 colors. They were delivered in May. I travel a lot on business, and wear these only at home. When I was home in May, they were too small. The next time I had a chance to wear these, in July, after losing weight, they fit fine. I really like the Carhartt cargo pants, both long and short. They are the only ones I have found whose cargo pocket can fit my Kindle Fire HD7 or my old HDX7 without sticking out. Carhartt quality and durability have been good. When I needed cargo shorts to replace my old ones bought by my ex, Nautica and other brands that were starting to fray at the edges, and now relegated to yard work duty, I did not hesitate to choose Carhartt even though the prices are at the very top of the acceptable range. There is no way these are sized correctly. I could not get them up my legs. I'm a 5'2", 130 pound woman. I sent them back and I'm awaiting a refund. These are much more soft and comfortable than traditional boardshorts, but they still wick water as effectively as boardshorts, which makes them fantastic to work out in. The compression shorts inside are not too constricting. The overall fit of these boardshorts are definitely slimmer than RVCA's other boardshorts or sport shorts, which is a plus for me. Love them! Decent fit and comfy material. Great to knock around in or after shower short. I like them. Was expecting shorts a bit shorter for my stature. Can’t seem to find a shorter pair. They are a heavier duty fabric which my husband liked. Leider nur schade dass der Verkäufer seine Ware nicht kontrolliert auf eventuelle Beschädigungen. Bei beiden Hosen waren die Gürtel beschädigt. Wenn man dann dem Verkäufer schreibt kommt 2-3 mal die selbe Nachricht von ihm(bitte warten sie bis wir uns melden/ auf Preisnachlässe hat er sich nicht eingelassen trotz Foto übermittlung). Hatte keine Lust mehr zu warten und bei 30 Grad wollte ich ungern eine lange Hose tragen. Dann nach knapp 1 Woche habe ich mich entschieden die Hosen zu behalten und meinen Gürtel umgemacht.Werde bei dem Verkäufer nicht mehr bestellen deshalb nur 3 Sterne( 1 Stern abgezogen für den Gürtel/1 Stern Abzug für den Verkäufer) Very comfy. Exactly what I asked for!
